What is your return policy?

Livinguard is committed to customer satisfaction with the items you purchased from shop.livinguard.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item (face masks and clearance items are excluded) in the original condition that it was received from shop.livinguard.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
You may return items purchased from shop.livinguard.com within 30 days of the original order date.

Returns and Refund Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Face masks and personalized items are non-returnable due to their unique nature. Additionally, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled. All sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please email customer support at support.usa@livinguard.com.
Clearance or Final sales items are non-returnable.                    

Will it cost me to return my order?

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
There are two exceptions to this policy. If you received the wrong product or if a product quality issue is determined, then Livinguard will provide a return shipping label to you.

How do I return an item?

To begin a return or replacement contact us at support.usa@livinguard.com. A member of our customer support team will assist you. To better assist you, include the following information in your email:
Name, Order Number, Address, Phone Number

Can I return products that were purchase from another retailer?

We only accept returns for items purchased from shop.livinguard.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.

How will my refund be distributed?

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion or discounted offer, then your refund may be reduced.
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
